Ashley was introduced to yoga 5 years ago when her mom began teaching classes in her basement. What began as a simple practice to stretch and relax, transformed into what she believes will be a lifelong journey. Yoga has not only strengthened her physical body but has brought a balance to her mental, emotional and spiritual body. After receiving her 200 hour teaching certificate from De La Sol in 2016, Ashley began teaching right away. She continues to attend teacher trainings and workshops to grow as a Yoga teacher and is just as much of a learner as you are!
